What happens between checking out and your first readings, and the few things you do in between.

After checkout
Stripe emails a receipt for each charge. On the free trial nothing is charged at checkout, so your first receipt comes with the first charge after it. We set up your dashboard for the website on your order, and email a sign-in link to the address you checked out with.
If you ordered from a scan, your first cluster starts from it: the scan's keyword, when it picked one, and its prompts. Otherwise it starts as Needs a keyword, with any keyword you typed at checkout waiting in its keyword field.
Your plan has 10 clusters and your dashboard starts with that one. You add the others on Clusters when you are ready - see adding a cluster.
Signing in
- Go to the sign-in page and enter your email address.
- We email you a link. It works once, for 15 minutes.
- Open it in the browser you want to use. You stay signed in there for 30 days, or until you sign out.
Only someone on a dashboard's team gets a link, and the page answers the same way whatever address is typed, so it never says who is a customer. If nothing arrives, check it is the address you checked out or were invited with. You can ask for up to 5 links an hour.
To sign out, use Sign out in Settings. Sign out of every device ends your sessions on every browser at once.
Setting up your clusters
Your first sign-in opens a page that asks you to set up your clusters. It lists your cluster with its Google keyword and its prompts, then asks you to Review and confirm.
A cluster marked Needs a keyword has a field to try a keyword of your own with Check keyword, which checks it has Google searches and a buying intent. When it passes, you can set it on the cluster, whenever the cluster has no keyword yet.
A cluster with a keyword and no prompts yet shows 5 prompts drafted from the keyword, one per angle. Edit any of them and choose Save these prompts; they are asked from the next daily check. Nothing in a cluster is checked until it has prompts.
Want something changed? Tell us before you confirm, and we make the change. Until setup is confirmed, signing in brings you back to this page. An owner or an editor confirms it.
Your first readings
The first daily check runs the day after checkout, for every prompt that is live by then. A cluster with no prompts yet is asked from the check after they are added.
From then on the check runs once a day, and the top of the Overview says when the last one finished. Your history starts at your first check: a day before it cannot be read later.
